Our commitment

We want every visitor — including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, or keyboard-only navigation — to be able to access the information and services on this website.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. This site is intended to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. It has not undergone a full third-party accessibility audit, so we describe our status as "partially conformant": most success criteria have been implemented, and we continue to review and improve the site on an ongoing basis.

Measures we've taken

• Semantic HTML structure with a single, logical heading hierarchy on every page
• Visible keyboard focus states on all interactive elements
• Text and UI color contrast checked against 4.5:1 (body text) and 3:1 (large text/UI components)
• Form fields with visible, permanent labels and required fields marked in text, not placeholder-only
• Descriptive link and button text, and meaningful alt text on informative images
• No autoplaying audio or video, and motion respects the "reduced motion" system preference
• Layout reflows down to a 320px viewport width without horizontal scrolling
